Decent fidgets, slow delivery

I ordered a few items: a Rainbow Fidget Spinner, a Sensory Slug, and some Magnetic Rings. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, no issues there. Shipping, however, took longer than I expected, almost 9 days to reach me in California. The tracking updates were a bit sparse too. The items themselves are good; the slug is soft and the rings have a nice weight. Customer service was okay when I inquired about the delay, they responded in a couple of days. Everything was packed well, nothing was damaged.

Good value on bundle

I was looking for some new fidgets and found Syco Fidget Store. I bought a bundle with an Infinity Cube and a Fidget Pad. The price for the bundle was pretty good compared to buying them separately. I also got free shipping since my order was over $50, which helped a lot with the total cost. The quality of both items is fine, they feel sturdy. It felt like a solid deal for the money I spent, definitely worth it for what I got.

Good quality fidgets

Got a Metal Fidget Spinner and a Simple Dimpl. Both arrived quickly, took about 3 days. Quality seems solid, they spin smoothly. My son liked them. Pretty happy with the purchase overall.

Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered the Titanium Fidget Spinner and a couple of Pop It Fidget Toys for my kids. The website was easy enough to navigate, though I did have a little trouble finding the exact spinner I wanted at first. Checkout was smooth. They shipped it out pretty fast, but it still took 7 business days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long for a domestic order. When the package arrived, everything was well-protected. The Titanium Spinner has a really nice weight and spins forever; you can feel the quality. The Pop Its were exactly what the kids expected. I contacted support with a question about tracking since it seemed stuck for a day, and they got back to me within 24 hours, which was good. Overall, happy with the products and their service.

Good value overall

I was looking for some new fidgets and saw Syco Fidget Store. I ended up getting a "buy 2 get 1 free" deal on a few Pop It Fidget Toys, which was a nice saving. The free shipping on orders over $50 also helped keep the total down. The Pop Its themselves were good quality for the price I paid. Delivery took about a week, which was a little longer than I hoped, but for the savings, it was worth the wait.

Fun stuff, easy to order

I was just browsing and ended up getting a Glow in the Dark Fidget and a Simple Dimpl. They're both pretty cool, the glow one actually glows a lot. Ordering was super easy, just added to cart and checked out. I was a little bummed they didn't have the exact color of Simple Dimpl I wanted in stock, but the one I got is fine. Overall, a good experience and the stuff is fun to play with.

Reliable store for fidgets

I've bought from Syco Fidget Store a few times now. This time I picked up some Magnetic Rings and a Sensory Slug. Like my previous orders, everything arrived exactly as described and in good condition. The magnetic rings are fun and the slug is surprisingly satisfying. Shipping was consistent, took about 6 days to get to me, same as last time. Their product descriptions are always accurate, so I know what I'm getting. I did notice the website layout changed a little since my last visit, making it slightly less intuitive to find specific categories, but it wasn't a major issue.

Decent purchase, small issue

I ordered a Metal Fidget Spinner and a Fidget Cube. The spinner feels quite solid and has a good weight to it. The cube also works well, all the different sides are functional. Shipping was pretty quick, got here in about 5 days. Everything was packed securely. My only minor complaint is that the Fidget Cube's clicker side is a bit louder than I expected, not ideal for a silent office setting. Otherwise, a solid experience and good quality for the price.
